Wednesday, October 29, 2025,

3:00pm – 4:00pm,

ASA Great Room and Zoom

From spray-can initials to building-sized murals, unsanctioned images keep surfacing in public spaces around the world.  In Part 2, Deborah Robin spotlights the work of contemporary graffiti masters such as Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Banksy, and JR. You’ll learn about the newest forms of street art; as well as the debates around where vandalism ends and art begins. No prior knowledge is necessary because the presentation is filled with images, and all the terminology will be explained. After this, the street might become your new favorite art space.
