Callie Tippett: Executive Director for Greater Vail Community ReSources including Vail Food bank and Vail Depot Thrift Store

Wednesday, March 5, 2025,

3:30pm – 4:30pm,

ASA Koffler Great Room and Zoom

Callie Tippett will share with us the crisis at our own back door. Many families in Southeastern Pima County struggle with limited access to social services, unreliable transportation, rising living costs, financial instability, and restricted healthcare access.  Without nearby resources like reliable transit or financial safety nets, even a minor emergency can push a household into crisis. As inflation continues to strain budgets, more families are forced to make tough choices between food, housing, and medical care. These combined factors highlight the urgent need for expanded community support systems, improved accessibility to resources, and greater awareness of the challenges our neighbors face every day.  She’ll highlight how Greater Vail Community ReSources helps meet these needs and how their mission can grow.
